I lived under cobb contract for years and all the rules in their contracts are to protect their interests only and not those of the tenant they let the home owner get away with everything even replacing water lines with the wrong material Which are still leaking to this day then they want me to have a professional clean the house when I moved here the house wasn't professionaly cleaned so I'm taking this to the Revdex.com don't rent from cobb you will be sorry

I found a home on Calexico in Tucson AzI called into the office to find out criteria of renting, they gave me an estimateI then came home called again to verify and the amount turned out to be move inHouse has been on market daysOops make that 41!!!! Unfortunately they just want to rip off the potential renterYou know the home owner won't see that DepositExtra because I sometimes pet sit for my son

I arranged a viewing of a rental property with a Cobb agentWhen my husband and I arrived, much to our surprise and disappointment, a man was waiting with trailer to move into the rental(He was waiting to sign a rental agreementHe also mentioned he was surprised that be had been asked by this agent to put the utilities in his name prior to signing the contract.) When the agent arrived we asked her to explain the reason for this very awkward situation and she replied some rent a property "sight unseen." We then asked why were not informed prior to our arriving that the rental was no longer availableShe first explained she had left a message hours earlier, and then immediately changed her story to not being able to leave a message(No message was left and the phone was working fine.) Her apology was meaninglessConsidering this agent's lack of integrity and professionalism it would be impossible to recommend this realty as a reputable agency

I found a home on Calexico in Tucson Az. I called into the office to find out criteria of renting, they gave me an estimate. I then came home called again to verify and the amount turned out to be 3000.00 move in. House has been on market 40 days. Oops make that 41!!!! Unfortunately they just want to rip off the potential renter. You know the home owner won't see that 3000. Deposit. Extra 400.00 because I sometimes pet sit for my son.
