I had a negative business experience with Lester C*** at Cobb Roofing Although I overlooked a very important item in the fine print of the contract A contract represents a meeting of the minds and MrC*** lead me to believe he would repair all the leaks on my roof and guarantee the repairs within days If you do business with this company, make sure you read and understand the fine print (a one time visit), which ultimately is not fair to the customer if the company is hired to repair leaks and have failed to do so The leak repairs may take more than one more additional visit, which is precisely what happened in my case MrC*** refused to return my phone calls and never bothered to discuss his position on the agreement with me, which was very poor business practice MrC*** only responded after I mailed a certified letter and later filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, which brings me to another complaint
