I hired this company to fix a leak in my roof over a month ago. The leak is now worse and was never fixed and I am constantly given the runaround.
I hired Cobb Roofing Inc. over a month ago. They charged me $465 to repair a small leak in my roof. They have returned five times to "repair" this leak and it is now worse. Now not only do I still have a leak, I have excessive water damage and electrical outages from trying to see if the "repair" actually worked or not. Not only does it take weeks for Lester to return,no one is answering my calls or messages about getting a refund for a job that was never completed. Lester C is very nice, but is clearly not completing the job and I see no future of getting my money back.
I would like to receive a refund for a job that was never completed fully. I feel like I have been extremely patient and given this business a fair amount of time to complete the job that I paid for.
customer hired me to fix two differentleaks one stoped one they say did not. they say I am hard to reach yet have returned five times in 30 days.I told them iwas going out of town for 10 days,when I return I told them I would come back and replace a vent on roof that someone else made a mess of they said ok when I got home they have done this.there work order says two leaks to be repaired.there guarantee says we will make one trip back out if problem is not fixed. He has returned 5 times because guarantee is 90 days fixed for $460. It's been two months. And the leak is not fixed. Was never fixed. Business has been made aware multiple times that it's not been fixed and still I am getting the run around about a refund. Was told Thursday I would have it Friday. Was told Friday I would have it Monday. It's Monday and still no refund and repair isn't and was never done.
customer was told I would be away for ten days and when I got back I would come back out to replace a roof vent, they agreed, said they would be gone for ten days they changed their mind and filed th is compliant while I was away.customer signed a contract that says we guarantee to make 1 trip back out if problem is not fixed! I told customer I would refund their money if they retract Revdex.com complaint, they have not! Revdex.com please help! we have made 5 return trips

I am being asked to close my case for a refund instead of just being given a refund. This isn't a resolution. Was paid to do a job that was never once fixed. It's been 60 days. It's never been fixed, they have been contacted numerous times about it not being repaired and the small leak is a huge hole. I do not want to continue to be given the run around. If it wasn't something he could fix my money shouldn't have been taken. And I shouldn't have to do this for a refund. It's been 60 days. Not just the 10 he went on vacation. No reputable business leaves and doesn't answer their phone, takes two weeks to come back out for repairs to a job they never completed, and does this over being asked for a refund for something they could not fix. I have to replace a huge chunk of my ceiling for trusting that this person's first, second third and forth repair would hold.
The guys at Cobb Roofing put a new roof on my house. I was so pleased with their work and price that I used them for my rental property as well. They are licensed, insured, and a member of the Revdex.com. They are family owned (2 generations)...always a plus for me. I found them to be professional, they worked fast and cleaned up the job site well. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Michael Cobb Roofing to anyone. We have used his roofing company twice over the years, and recommended him tour 2 of our neighbors, who used him for their roofing as well. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He made sure everything was done correctly, cleaned up, and in the time frame I had to work with. Shout out to Michael Cobb Roofing for going the extra mile, and above expectations each time we used his company. I would recommend him to anyone needing roofing done, - he is a straight up great roofing guy that went the extra mile each time we called him. Well done Michael Cobb Roofing!
I brought a roof from cobb roofing about 8 years ago and I all ready need a new one. An older man answered the phone and hung up on me when I was trying to tell him what was going on.
I had a negative business experience with Lester C at Cobb Roofing. Although I overlooked a very important item in the fine print of the contract. A contract represents a meeting of the minds and Mr. C lead me to believe he would repair all the leaks on my roof and guarantee the repairs within 90 days. If you do business with this company, make sure you read and understand the fine print (a one time visit), which ultimately is not fair to the customer if the company is hired to repair leaks and have failed to do so. The leak repairs may take more than one more additional visit, which is precisely what happened in my case. Mr. C refused to return my phone calls and never bothered to discuss his position on the agreement with me, which was very poor business practice. Mr. C only responded after I mailed a certified letter and later filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, which brings me to another complaint.
