Avoid this business and take you shoe repairs elsewhere! A recent visit on 10/2019 proved a disaster. The main issue is the owner, Bill. A ticket issued for a repair must be prepaid. In my case this was $40 with a 3 week wait period printed on the pickup slip. When I arrived to pick up, I was told they were not ready and they would call me. I asked Bill if this was how he would want to be treated. He yelled at me in the store "You are the reason I'm trying to get out of retail".

He then issued the $40.00 back and said he would not work with people who would not work with him. The boots were slammed on the counter in front of me. No one had started work and they could not give me a new date of pickup.

This owner is rude, tired, outdated, and most of all unethical in his business practices. Truly sad and a lose/lose situation for all.
