Contractor did not complete project and has not contacted me for payment but filed a lean against my property without notice.Contractor did not complete pool. Contrator did not complete job as to city code on drain or resolve issues leakage on pool. Left several voice messages and text for the owner of company. Never received any response from him or the company. I have never received a bill or invoice or any contact in regard to balance due. Contractor has now filed a lean on my property without provided any notice or documentation. Desired SettlementRemove lean on property immediately.Business Response E&M and [redacted] agreed upon a final amount that was due and it has been paid in full to E & M by [redacted]. E & M will remove the lien on property and a letter has been submitted to mortgage company stating that we release any debt on said property.

E & M installed an inground pool at my residence and when the cement began to sink and break away from the pool E & M failed to warranty. 6 months After E & M pools installed an inground pool at my residence I contacted them for warranty work, specifically the cement on the south side of the pool about 32 feet long began to crack and drop. I had a structural company inspect the problem and they said the ground was not compacted enough prior to pouring cement and that the cement should be removed and the ground properly compacted and then new cement installed. 3 attempts were made to contact E & M with no response to warranty claim.Desired SettlementDue to E & M not wanting to repair the problem I am seeking a refund of $4000.00. So I can have another company fix it.Business Response There was 8 feet of fill on that particular side of the yard,after the fill was done, we instructed that the ground needed to settle so that we could refill if necessary and allow to settle again. The homeowner pushed for a rush on the job due to an event that was to be held at their home. The homeowner did not allow sufficient time for the fill to settle before finishing job. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)There was no rush and there was no event. This person is making false statements.
