They ripped me off for They hacked my Paypal account....BEWARE!!

Review: I bought a [redacted] laptop on 11/03/2014. As I used to have [redacted] on my other laptop and this one has Windows 8 I was having some problems using the laptop. I called a number which I thought was from [redacted] and was told that my network was being try to enter by 37 different people and had 750 intents to enter. I was told that the only way to fix the problem was to pay them $200 so they could clean my network and provide security, and that they were the official support system used by Dell. As I am not very computer oriented, I decided to pay them. At this moment they took control of my computer for about three hours. At the end they told me the computer was totally secured and that the contract will last for one year. I first became suspicious when the day after I began receiving phone calls telling me that they were unable to fix the problem and that I should supply them with a debit card so they could refund the $200. As I paid with a credit card, I knew it was a scam, but how did they got my phone number just the day after these people supposedly fixed my laptop? I called them, still believing I was talking to [redacted] and they promised to provide extra security. A few days after I had to call Hewlett Packard because my printer got disconnected and I was told that I had no antivirus on my laptop. I called them again and an antivirus was placed. Suddenly a message started popping up in my computer with the [redacted] logo indicating a hardware component had to be replaced and that I had to log in for them to tell me about replacing it.(about 20 messges) At this point I got a number that deals with Caribbean an Latin American issues from Dell. My hardware was checked and everything was fine. I was told that [redacted] has no outside contract for support assistance and that if I had any issue using my laptop I will have to pay them. My complain against Cobe Tech is that they got me to pay them by misrepresenting [redacted] I don't trust them and want my money back as I won't give them access anymore.Desired Settlement: I want Cobe Tech to pay me back the $200 as it is my understanding that they got me to pay that money by making a false statement that they were the support group from Dell. I suspect that those phone calls I have been receiving are made by someone related to this company as it is very suspicious that the phone calls started the day after I spoke to them. Also the fact that they did not place any antivirus on my laptop tells me they are not thorough about the service they promise to provide.

Company pretended to be something else.. SCAM company. If any body reading this review before making the purchase. please do not engage with their services.
