The vehicle came in to have the exhaust repairedIn order to fix the exhaust as requested the pipe needed to be replaced from the headers back*** came in on May 6th to get the bill said that he would be back on pay day to settle the bill and pick up his carWith in a weeks time Mr***
authorized a local tow truck to pick up the vehicle with out paying the bill or permission from the garage ownerAfter picking up his bill on May 6th Mr*** made no attempt to make payment nor did he contact the garage owner until July 19th and then again on July 26th The vehicle is still in our possesion and will remain until the original bill of $is paid and the storage charges of $a day starting May 16th

The vehicle was stored inside for from May16th until present due to a tow company trying to take the vehicle with out paying the bill as the owner told them toNew York state law says that after a vehicle isn't paid for within days of completion the garage can charge storage fees at their discretionOur storage rate is $a dayEvery day this accrues more chargesThe vehicle will not be moved from this location with out payment of the original bill and storage fees
