According to our notes on 12/06/Mr*** called the salesman where he purchased his vehicle and advised him he was having kidney surgery and could not make his paymentsWhich at that time his account was already delinquent one payment of $The manager of the dealership
contacted the finance department and ask if we could contact Mr***.The Finance manager contacted Victor *** on the same day Dec.06, He advised the manager the financial issue he was having due to medical reasons.Due to his circumstances we agreed to have Victor make the past due payment to bring account current and we would defer the next two payments of $each total $500.00.to the end of the loanWe made arrangements for Victor to pay on 12/but he broke those arrangementsAfter calling several times Mr*** returned call on 12/15/he only wanted to pay half of his payment of + late feeAt that time we again gave him another payment arrangement for 12/19/to pay $255.00See attached

This had nothing to do with my payment history, but,the way in which the collection manager and her employees treat people on the phone. It doesn't surprise me that she denies telling me that they were going to repo my vehicle. I'll continue to fulfill my obligation on the loan but
I never have a vehicle that is financed through this company again because of the blatant disrespect they show their customers

Mr. [redacted] purchased and financed a 2000 Mercury Marquis from us on 12-31-2013. He was a good customer of ours and has paid his vehicle loan down to a balance of $1569.00.He subsequently was involved in a accident in which the insurance company declared the vehicle a total loss and offered a...

settlement of $1836 to Camelback Finance. That would pay off the loan and the insurance company would retain the salvaged vehicle. This was acceptable to us however the customer wanted to retain the vehicle and continue driving it.The insurance company placed a salvage value of $210.00 leaving $1622 to pay off the loan. This is acceptable however the insurance company requires the title to be branded as salvage prior to releasing the check to Camelback Finance cannot place a lien on a salvage title nor can you register and drive a vehicle unless he repairs the vehicle and the state inspects the vehicle certifying a restored title status.To resolve the issue the insurance company will issue a check for $813 and then another $813 once he pays off the vehicle and we provide a salvage title to them. We also elected to credit $320 or two payments towards his account and he will pay the remaining $449 at which time we will brand the title salvage and release it to the insurance company. After contacting Ms. [redacted] she advised me that she filed this complaint because she was unaware that Camelback Finance was the finance company for Cactus Jacks Auto Dealership. Diana purchased a 2002 Ford Mustang on 09/29/2011 and due to unforeseen circumstances this vehicle was voluntary surrender on 06/02/2011.    As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted] and the co-buyer our company agreed to delete the voluntary repo status from reporting to Experian.   All parties are satisfied with this agreement and Ms. [redacted] advised us that she would contact Revdex.com and have this complaint removed.   Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
