Customer placed the order on July 22, which was a friday It was received in on 7/(Monday) It was processed on 7/and shipped on 7/ Our website states that orders can take 2-business days to process and 5-business days to be received The order was scheduled to be delivered by August Unfortunately, UPS had some issues delivering the package and it has been delayed We are working with UPS and the customer to resolve this ASAP
