Review: I called [redacted] around September 2012 to request Cobra help, my former employer did not send the proper Cobra Health documents, and I was making zero progress dealing with the Human resources department. At that time on their web site there was a money back guarantee , for around $250 dollars, [redacted] of the cobra help center would send in my cobra extension paper work, allowing me to obtain heath insurance. repeatedly I called, which I understand there were hard times in New York and surrounding areas as months passed. Phone lines were changed and Emails were switched, as I was told by [redacted] on the few times, I was able to get a hold of him. Then nothing. time passed I was no longer able to get a hold of him. I have sent numerous E-mails over this past year and a half, numerous calls, they say, I cant hear you well, and e-mail us and never return the E-mail.Desired Settlement: I would like this company and [redacted] to find, that services were not performed, and a refund of my original payment should be sent promptly.
