I am rejecting this response because: there is no mention of the issue that the vehicle is in need of mechanical repair.   When I returned the vehicle, it was not safe to be driving.  It is also inaccurately stated that I was behind on my payments when in fact  I was purchasing tires( due to unresolved mechanical issues) in exchange for credit to my account.    I am in the process of getting another estimate for the slight body damage on the vehicle.  The mechanical repair would have cost less than $1000,  yet Mr. P[redacted] is more concerned with repairing body damage.  I believe it is only fair that Mr. P[redacted] keep the vehicle, and my payments for March-October ($1,700) and I should be returned my down payment.  The New Mexico Lemon Law exists for this reason.
