USI brokered some policies for us We had some bad weather and needed to file a claim only to call our USI person and find out we had no insurance policy! The insurance company had request additional info to USI They hadn't told us and then the insurance company didn't insure us! USI told us over and over and over that they would "make it right" since "it was their mistake" We waited and waited and they finally told us they wouldn't cover what they said they would I now have a very large bill that I have to pay personally that should have been covered Do not use USI Find a company that does what they say they will and will honor their word to fix a situation when it was their mistake USI doesn't want to pay for their mistake and they think they can push us people around
