I moved into the property nov 28,There were a few things wrong with the property regarding the carpet,light fixtures and garbage disposalAfter writing the maintence for over weeks the garbage disposal was finally replacedon January 15, I emailed the management about the toilet bubbling when I let water out of the bathtub and continuosly overflowingMaintence did not address the problemOn January 19,the toilet overflowed and a tech had to be sent outAfter speaking with my neighbor who has lived at the property for over years, I discovered that this problem occurs regulary at the properties at least times a year! I received a bill for $dollars for clogged drains due to wipes, grease and paper in the drain which is completey falseMy neighbor was charged the same fee in November for clogged drainsThis is unfair to the tenants because something is wrong with the plumbing sysytem and it needs to be fixed by managementmanagement is aware of the propblem but does not want to take responsibilty for the problem
