I spoke with the client on December th 2017. Our Standard charge for projects of this nature is $per hour for the two crew members (and truck fuel etc) plus any necessary shop supplies and Tax. The crew was there for hour to remove the downspouts and two hours to re
install.While we have no record of a quote of and are unsure where or who that number may have came from, we agreed to a minimum hour charge and have refunded the credit card accordingly.Of course, it is never acceptable for our employees to handle these situations with anything other than respect. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused, and consider the matter closed
