[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Marcie, CPH Manager, when I spoke on the phone with her on 3/9/15, she stated: : CPH No longer uses [redacted] due to substandard equipment." The CPH Tech stated he has never seen anything like the continuing problems with our Furnace/AC UnitSince CPH brought warranties and cars into this discussion, PA has a lemon lawX number of problems = replacementWith continued failures of the natural gas furnace, my concern is for my familyShould the gas system fail and there is a fire or explosion that results in injuries or damages, who is responsible? Since CPH sold and maintains this system, they should be held responsible for the on-going and continual problems and failuresRegards, [redacted] ***

March 13, 2015Call came in on March 9th in the morningHomeowner stated that we could not get into the home until after 3:that dayTech arrived onsite at 3:30pm and spent time diagnosing the unitFound that the gas furnace needed a new control boardDue to time of day we were unable to locate/get a control board for that unit from our vendorOffered to place space heaters in the home and homeowner refused themContacted vendor first thing on March 10th and tech ran to pick control board up in King of PrussiaContacted homeowner at 8:15am to state that we were running for control board and could head over to his house to replaceHe stated that he had told the tech the day before that no one could get into the home until 5:30pm on March 10"The homeowner not having heat for that long of a period of time was not due to us not trying to restore heat but due to the homeowner not allowing us into the house in a timely fashionHomeowner has had a coil on the A/C unit replaced due to a refrigerant leakThe next issue was the gas valve and control board of the gas furnace which were also taken care of and submitted to the warranty company at no cost to the homeownerWe will not be replacing his gas furnace and A/C unitWe have handled all of the issues as they came inHomeowner has the option of contacting the [redacted] Warranty Department at ###-###-####If you purchase an automobile and after the warranty has expired...who is responsible for the repairs!
