Mrs. [redacted] was made full aware by Mr. [redacted] that he mistakenly gave her the wrong standard features sheet. She was originally given the correct standard feature sheet when she was looking at the model house that has standard features in it. When she came in to sign the contract the...
wrong one somehow was in the contract. She knew all along she had the wrong sheet and kept it to herself. [redacted] discussed with her in length what was considered standard in the homes. We have no problem refunding her the binder and change order payment totaling $2900.00 once she signs and sends a cancellation form in to us a check will be cut when we make our check runs on the 15th or the 1st of each month.

DS Ware has been working to correct the issues in this master bathroom. We apologize for the trouble and inconvenience while the work was being performed. The glass shower enclosure will be replaced on or around the 15th of August to correct the overlap and sharp edges...
hazard. The tile work has been completed according to code and the best ability and industry practices. This work was inspected by DS Ware and found to be acceptable and meet our specific standards. There will not be any compensation given at this time to as all items have been corrected or will be corrected within 30 days.
