Doctor Electric came out to due some work back in march of 2019. Most of the work was completed short of a some outside lighting. They replaced some of the wiring for the low voltage lights that had stopped working, and set the timer for the correct time to turn on the lights. When evening came most of the lights lit up, they came back out to check the lights and said that the light it self was no good and needed to be replaced.After five months and four phone calls later they were told to keep the light because it had been replaced with a solar light. They finally came out to replace the light that had been missing for the past five month. They were kindly told to leave and that they would never due work here again.
Mrs., I'm sorry that you were unhappy with our service. The work we performed at your house was in July 2018 and we repaired your existing landscape light wiring. We came back to your house May 31, 2019 as a courtesy because two of your many existing landscape lights was not working. You asked our technician, Jon, to eliminate one of the non-working lights and find a replacement for the second one. Jon took the light fixture with him. It was discussed that this wasn't an emergency and we would find a replacement and come back when we were in your neighborhood, at which time you would reimburse us for the light. You did call to check the status a couple of times and we explained that we were busy but had you on our list. I spoke with you personally about this on one occasion. At the end of June, we were requested to bring the old light back to your house and leave it on the porch, which we did.
