In an email sent on 10/22/I notified [redacted] that landscape lighting had been repaired by my staff If they are not working again I have not been made aware of the issue I am aware the palm trees do need to be replaced, and I have not had a delivery to include trees on I do intend to have those replaced I will work to have those replaced as soon as possible
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I grant permission for Cochran Landscapes to replace the two dead palm trees in our yard (one in the front and one in the back) along with fixing the landscape lighting in the front and backyard to my satisfaction within days The fix to the front yard may require additional work as the wires connecting the lights on the southern side of the driveway were run over the driveway as opposed to under which has led to exposed wire that is conducive to issues when landscaping is performed on the yard Regards, [redacted]
I have not taken any action on this issue because I have not heard from the homeowner I responded both to the Revdex.com complaint and also to his email personally, he did not respond to the Revdex.com compaint within the time frame, nor did he return my email I did not want to proceed without a response to the matter as I felt like I had not received proper permission to move forward I have every intention of honoring the warranty, but I need to know I have permission to go ahead and move forward I will have all issues resolved within days of a response from him

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: no attempt has been to follow up on either the palm trees or landscape lighting in three months The landscape lighting remains inoperable and there has been no signs of anyone attempting to fix them Regards, [redacted]
We recently experienced the death of a business partner/family member Because of this, we took some time off and ultimately made the decision to close the doors of the business At this time, we are no longer in business, but we are trying to take care of any warranty issues that have
arose from existing clients Unfortunately I do not have a crew nor can I provide a time frame The only thing I can provide is my word that I am trying to take care of all existing matters that had occurred prior to our closing As far as phone calls, we no longer have an active phone number we are receiving calls to, which is the reason why phone calls have not been returned We can be reached via email: *** Thank you

[redacted],
I believe you were assigned to Complaint #[redacted] and emailed me on February 26, 2014 to inform me that the compliant was considered to be resolved. However, Cochran Landscapes has failed once again to remedy the issue of replacing two dead palm trees and fixing the landscape lighting. On February 17, 2014 she responded that this would occur within 30 days but to date this has not occurred. This is the second time she has promised to remedy the issue to no avail. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

I was not aware the lighting was not working. In October I sent my staff out to repair the lighting, I did not know they still were inoperable.
I will have the palm trees replaced and the lighting repaired within 30 days.

I have not taken any action on this issue because I have not heard from
