I can tell is some change was given back to himI can't tell exactly how much change was given back to him by my employeeI asked my employee, and after to days and dealing with high volume of customer all she said is she did not remember

Review: I went into Cochran Liquors, Middletown, De., on friday afternoon, July 11, to purchase a $10.00 multi-lotto ticket. I also had a previous multi-lotto ticket which turned out to be a $2.00 winner. The clerk took my $20.00 bill and gave me a $10.00 multi-lotto ticket and cash she had folded. Expecting $12.00 in change, I unfolded the currency and only received $2.00 in return. She had already left the register and I walked over to her and said I gave her a twenty. She insisted I gave her a $10.00 bill. Before leaving, I left my name and telephone number and requested a call if the register was over by $10.00.I returned on monday, July 14, and spoke with the person in charge. He told me the cash drawer proved and after looking at the video told me I got $18.00 back in change. I kept telling him I gave her a $20.00 bill and received $2.00 in change and a $10.00 multi-lotto ticket and was short-changed $10.00.How he came up with $18.00 still baffles me and then he tells me I got the money and spent it somewhere else.Desired Settlement: I am just requesting the $10.00 I should have received.

We weren't over or short on money for that date. I tried to check through video surveillance, if I can find how much change was given, all I can tell is some change was given back to him. I can't tell exactly how much change was given back to him by my employee. I asked my employee, and after 3 to 4 days and dealing with high volume of customer all she said is she did not remember.
In this situation, I don't know what to do. Please advise the best solution to solve the problem. Any questions, do not hesitate to call me.
