Cochran Roofing and Construction

This roof was done under *** *** which is no longer in business I tried to help them out by sending one of my subs over to see if we could address the issues they were having We completed repairs over the last two years on *** ***’s workThese repairs were
paid for by myself even though my company did not install this roof Additionally, I have closed my Belton office temporarily until Spring of I would be more than happy to see to what their issues are the next time I am in the area but it will be conducted as “new business” Also, there have been hail events and wind events in that area since the roof was installed Therefore, voiding any warranty or guarantee work from any roofing company. My experience with Cochran Roofing was exceptionally good. They were responsive, courteous and their quoted price was much lower than any other competitor. Within a week from my first call they had the roof done and it looked great. Brent Cochran is a wonderful man who operates with integrity. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Any work done, interior or exterior was done in response to correcting issues with [redacted]. (Out of a good faith effort on my part.)  I apologized for any difficulty this has caused him. As I stated in the last response, I will be willing to take a look at it for him when I return to the area in the spring. PS [redacted] has never contracted work to be done with [redacted].
