that we spoke with someone at this number, they told us that our customer is no longer employed there and we immediately removed the number, and ceased all callsThey may be getting calls from other companies that show him as employee there but we have not called back

This is an outright lie, and in addition to the email below sent to this company on 10/8/at 4:13pm advising them to cease and desist all contact, I have multiple voice messages saved on my work line answering machine from this number with the identical voice
I have also spoken with "MsM***" on one prior occasion (October 8, 2015) when I called the number back left on my voice mail, and advised this company to cease and desist all contact"MsM***" is the same individual who I spoke to on the day I filed this Revdex.com complaint when they called again and left another voicemail and I immediately called the number back and spoke to "MsM***"
Additionally, and as I advised in the Revdex.com complaint, I previously advised this deplorable company in writing, including the following email to the email address listed on their website on
10/8/at 4:pm to inform this business that they have repeatedly violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act:
I received your voicemail from 2:40pm on my direct office line at XXX-XXX-XXXX demanding that I call XXX-XXX-XXXX immediately
As I have previously advised your office, the debtor *** *** is not affiliated with *** *** *** *** in any wayShe is not an employee hereI do not know her
This is a place of businessYou are calling my direct office lineYou are in violation of the fair debt collection practices act and Florida law, and this correspondence is to hereby demand that you cease and desist from any further correspondence in any fashion with me regarding any alleged debt
Any further violation will result in a lawsuit against you seeking damages for every single call

As previously stated in our response to the initial complaint, our office may have called the complaintants number on our automated dialer system and left messages before 10-28-for our customer, because we had this number listed as a place of employment for our customerOn 10-28-at 4:10pm our automated dialer called his number and someone picked up and advised our office that our customer was not an employee thereOur representative apologized for the call and informed that we would remove the number from our system and we immediately deleted the number from our systemThe Complaintant called back to our office at 4:12pm the same day 10-28-and spoke with the Compliance Manager who assured him that we had deleted his number from our system and we would not call the number againShe also advised the complaintant that he may receive calls from other companies who had the same information that we had, but we would not and have not called his number again after this date and have documentation on our system of this informationNo one from our office spoke to the complaintant or anyone from his office before 10-28-We are in the business of resolving financial issues for our customers and have no reason to call numbers that are not good contact numbers for our clients

On December 15, our customer *** *** called in and made arrangements with our representative to pay
payments on her account for settlement of $We posted payments according to what our representative keyed in the systemOn 12-we received an email from our customer stating we keyed payment on 12-but should have been 12-I immediately replied apologizing to her for any mistake we have made and asked her to forward a copy of her bank statement showing any NSF fees that she was charged and we would deduct that amount from her next paymentWe also called her and left messages for her with no replyI sent another email on 1-asking her to call us or send us the NSF information so that we can credit her account, but no reply and no reply to voice messages left previouslyAs soon as we have received a bank statement showing NSF fees incurred due to our payment posting on 12-28-2015, we will be glad to deduct this amount from her next scheduled payment
