I am rejecting this response because: They most certainly have canceled my children’s appointments twice due to over booking appointments and scheduling issues!!! I am not the only one that this has happened to! When someone makes arrangements to make it to an appointment and then they call minutes prior to the scheduled appointment on a regular basis that is completely unsatisfactory and not how a business should be conducted!! If they were going to be on a two hour delay which means they would have opened up at ten in the morning then our appointment should have been at that time not rescheduled till noon!!!!! I am a single mom of young children and put my last $in the gas tank and went all the way to Mansfield to have to turn around and come home and wasted gas money!!! I have called off work for my children’s dentist appointments and they have canceled them due to overbooking issues and I lost out on money from workthe staff is super rude and very inconsiderate of other people’s lives and situations!!! I feel at a minimum I should be reimbursed my gas money for the inconvenience of making it to Mansfield and pulling into their parking lot to have to drive all the way back home!! ??

Wednesday March 14th, we closed for the morning due to Richland County being under a Level snow emergency and schools being on hour delays. When the road conditions are bad, we do not want anyone to risk their child's safety for a dental appointment. When we delay or cancel a day
or part of a day, we post it on the local news channel's website with all the school delays and closings early in the morning and we call our patients to cancel the appointments as soon as someone makes it in to the office. We do not overbook and we do not cancel patients due to a full schedule. The only time we cancel patients is due to inclement weather or other scenarios out of my control

JLM has not received any direct communication from the customer regarding this complaintA JLM representative will reach out to *** *** today, 1/12/to discuss her concerns and requests so we can resolve this complaint
