Excellent service from this shop Body shop Manager, Lee W [redacted] went over and beyond for me in the handling of my damaged car I highly recommend this shop

I am currently a tenant in one of the Wooten Co apartment complexes and I have had several maintenance issues that have needed to be addressed I had a maintenance work order put in a bout months ago when the manager was DanniShe left about weeks later and I have since followed up several times inquiring when my items would be looked at The Manager and a maintenance person came into the apt on or about a month and a half ago to do a so called inspection that entailed checking the smoke alarms and changing out the filterI asked then again when my work order would be done At that time she shoed me off and said she had more important upgrades that had to be done Every time I have asked, which up to this point I have been very patient and nice about it, which has given them no reason to be rude to me and annoyed I have always gotten an excuse that has put me off to no importance I bet it will be important when someone gets burnt by the oven because the oven door falls apart when you open it or when the carpets get flooded and they have to replace them do to mold because the toilet has leaked out from the wax ring area because they wont replace it with a new wax ring and tighten the bolts and re caulk it like it should be Or the ceiling fan in my daughters room falls and hurts her or breaks something because its so loose it rocks like its going to take off This is just a mention of a few things on a list of several more that need repaired in here There's a short in the wiring in rooms that I can only hope don't cause a fire, because sometimes the light will come on or not even when you flip the switch I cannot use the faucet sprayer to wash large pots and pans because its been broke since we moved in, I have to rinse them in the tub! and there's more! Because of the way I've been treated by the new management here I am tired of being patient It'e been about months now waiting on some simple fixes They would not be patient if I couldn't pay my rent on time, would they? There is no communication between the office and the tenants either I have not received one courtesy call from then I called on sat and talked to Justin in maintenance about our AC not working again, the 5th time in not even a year He said he would get someone to look at it at some point I called the office today at 1:21pm to let them know it still wasn't working They (the young office clerk) spoke to me like I was annoying her and said to me "they just got the work order forwarded to them and they will sent it out." I heard nothing back all afternoon so at 5:I went to office to check if I was going to sleep in the heat again tonight, as we walked in the manager was leaving and had to take care of her car I was left to talk to the young clerk again who was very rude and yes she can be even though she seams so sweat, I asked her for the date of the original work order put in by Danni before she left employment here, she said she didn't know and then proceeded to talk at me with an attitude as if I had no right or business requesting any info I asked again for what she did have because I didn't think I would need to keep copies myself and I wanted to know the dates work orders have been request for this same issue she then TOLD me that they have been in to fix several items already, I said that wasn't true and to show me, she couldn't and then sad she didn't like the way I was demanding of her, she felt threatened At that point I had to walk out Both my daughters were with me and were witness I was not at all threatening but I was firm in my requesting proof because now she's making up lies! What I did forget to mention above is that on the managers run out the door to take care of her car she did say that the ac was being looked at at 5pm and that he was going to finish tomorrow Now if the manager would have done her job in having better communication with her tenants she could have called me or just stopped by my apt which is ft from the office and followed up with me Seams to me there's a major training deficiency here I have given every opportunity for this or these issues to be handled correctly or just handled, to no avail!!!! I would not recommend living at any Wooten Owned Properties I have read about other complaints about their maintenance issues from [redacted] , but had not experienced it first hand till now

I live in the [redacted] Apartments (Wooten CO) on the southside of SpringfieldI love how quiet it is and tucked away from main roads, but also how close it is the James River Expway! I have had maintenance request in my 1st year and it was handled within a few hours

We have dealt with the Wooten Company through two different complexes in the past months, and both experiences were beyond awfulWe initially moved into *** *** and lived there for about monthsWe knew it was not the best of the best by any means, but the product we got was below subparWe are non-smokers, and were assured the property allowed smoking but it wouldn't be an issue in our apartmentUnfortunately, all of our belongings (clothes, furniture, everything) began to noticeably smell like smoke and we both started with a bad coughWe looked into options of remedying the situation, but the landlord essentially told us that the person below us just smoked too much to do anything about itThere was an almost monthly spray for German cockroachesliterallyThe giant onesThe parking lot was a constant drug deal, and the police were generally in the vicinity at least once a weekThe security guards knew the loud folks by name and upon complaints typically just che

The Wooten Cohas been a great business to work withI have lived in two of their apartments now and will be staying with them for the long runThe people are great, the units clean and comfortableHighly recommend

I've lived in the same building for several years and do not plan on leavingI like where the building is located and how close it is to my workplace

the Wooten co property east manor has been pretty nice so farits really close to downtown and Missouri state universityit includes all utilities and internet and satellite tvi would recommend it!

The Wooten Company has always been great at dealing with any issues regarding my family's living situation at their properties; from any noise concerns, to even financial speed bumps, this company has always listened and answered with genuine concernIt seems like it's also a priority to quickly reply to an e-mails, and phone calls directed their way

I find The Wooten Company takes good care of their properties Since I've lived at The Wooten Company property The Polo Club they've installed new siding, patio doors, and windows which have reduced my electric bill noticeably They also installed a very fast and free Internet connection which I found to be better than what I could get from the cable company They install new appliances when required without having to ask them multiple times The staff is easy to communicate with Wooten is a great company

Great apartments! We have lived here over a year now and havent had any problems out of the management and maintenancethey are both very timely and fix any issues right away
