Hello [redacted] ***, this is William [redacted] store owner of Coco Beauty Supply I am familiar with this incident and still with the process of contacting the manufacture Usually the manufacture of the wig will do rigorous test(Testing to see what chemicals were applied onto the wig, seeing if there were to much heat used from a flat iron and etc) We are only a supplier to that specific manufacture and to my understanding if it was defected they will honor a brand new wig Also, all of my cashiers are trained to inform all customers that there are no refunds/exchanges as well they are posted throughout the store and on your receipt This strict policy is to insure all customers that all of our products are brand new It's also for sanitary reasons as well Thank you for your understanding-William ***

I have lived in the Brooklyn Park area for a number of year, since Coco Beauty Supply has been open I have receive excellent customer serviceI have recommended several people to Coco's for their beauty supplies The owners are pleasant, products are always in stock, and the store is welcoming when you enterI love Coco's Beauty Supply Store

If possible I would like to know the employee name that had stated it's a wrong hair type We don't tolerate with wrong names on mannequins and that employee will be written up and potentially removed from Coco Beauty Unfortunately due to sanitary reasons we never take back hair once
it's sold Our store policies about refunds/exchanges are located through out the store and on your receipt Also, regarding the hair length on different lengths would have to report to the manufacture Thank you and have a great day - Store manager
