Booked a Birthday party on March 30, 2014 at 2 pm for my little girl at Coco Darlings. I paid for the Party Package that includes the Queen party value - $375 ($450 value). Which its $75 EXTRA!!!!! for spa team. At this point I have no received any CD with all the Birth Day party pictures. I called [redacted] for over two weeks with no response. She's avoiding my calls. She sent an email about having trouble with the sim card. That she has lost all the pictures she took,and that she is unavailable to get me a CD. She offered a spa day, which I'm not interested IN. I emailed her back to answer my phone calls. We had a contract, and I had paid in full the same day I booked the party. She has cashed both checks for $450 and $35. And I haven't received all the services I signed for. Now, I don't any pictures of my little girl's special Birth Day party. BirthDay girl supposed to received a group Photo Frame and guest a 4x6 digital photo. I felt robbed and trusted someone I was doing business with, She had failed and on top of that she hasn't assume responsibility. Haven't even contact me on the phone to explain whats's going on. It is SO SAD that you invest money for your kids special day, and its ruin for someone lack of responsibility and customer service. I would like my money back for the services no provided, for the tips and for the hassle. To start the invitations were sent in the mail on the date promised I have receipt from post office to support this . The party went very well and Mrs [redacted] was so happy with the party that at the end if the party she have my girls a gratuity of $35 for a job well done .I did not solicit this $35 as a fee . Mrs [redacted] has only contacted us once where she spoke to one of my employees . I emailed Mrs. [redacted] the week after her party to let her know I was having technical difficulty with her photo cd. I did everything I could to recover the photos that I took the day of her party .I took the sd card to a professional photographer to see if the could recover them and the were also unable to do so . I was able to recover 9 photos I put those on a cd for her . I have given her a refund for the cd . The value of the cd clearly marked on the contract is $15. She was sent a cd with the 9 photos and a refund check of $15. I also offered $150 in free spa services for her daughter and a friend to makeup for the loss in hopes to show how sorry we were for the mistake . mrs [redacted] has said that I did not return her calls for weeks however Mrs. [redacted] did not leave a single message and I do not know that she called.I have emails to support that Mrs [redacted] did not leave any messages . A group photo in a frame was not part of her contract and never promised or even discussed nor was a photo for each guest . The only only group photo photo promised is a digital group photo . Which Mrs.[redacted] did receive on the photo cd I sent her . Our contract does not promise a specific number of photos . Mrs. [redacted] received everything in her contract and had a wonderful party . She thought enough of the job we had done to tip my girls . I understand being upset about the photos and that was why I issued the refund as well as offered services to try and compensate for the loss .
