In response to the above ID numberThe hotel ML extended the Municipal discounted rate to Ms [redacted] A [redacted] on her original reservation number [redacted] On this reservation Ms [redacted] booked a room with Double Beds from 8/through 8/She booked these rooms on 8/19/at our regular rate which was $on the 23rd and 24th, $on the 25th and $on the 26thOn the day Ms [redacted] was due to check out she inquired about staying another nightThe Manager informed her the rate was $(this is due to being our busiest day of the week being a Saturday)The guest claimed to be a municipal for our discounted Military/Govt rate of $The Manager informed her she could discount last night, the 26th, but not tonightThis was all documented in her reservation and dated on the 27thThe guest still decided to stay at the $rateI can not discount that rate since it is our peak night and highest demand nightHowever I am willing to go back and discount her other nights to our Military/Govt rate of $This would result in a credit of $plus $in taxesI will put that credit through today as a show of hospitality I did talk to Ms [redacted] this morning and she was satisfied with this resolution

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was charged the full amount on August 30th of $which includes the $rate for thee night in question, plus taxes and fees, which came up to a total of $something dollars for that night I'm questionI was only told about the cost being $Also I rreceived a call yesterday from a supervisor stating that Saturday night is their expensive night so they cannot discount that night but they will discount the weekday nights and that I will see the credit in my account in the next couple of daysAlso that the same thing that was said to me was going to be forwarded to the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

rate which was $129 on the 23rd  and 24th, $119 on the 25th and $159 on the 26th. On the day Ms. [redacted] was due to check out she inquired about staying another night. The Manager informed her the rate was $219 (this is due to being our busiest day of the week being a Saturday). The guest claimed to be a municipal for our discounted Military/Govt rate of $98. The Manager informed her she could discount last night, the 26th, but not tonight. This was all documented in her reservation and dated on the 27th. The guest still decided to stay at the $219 rate. I can not discount that rate since it is our peak night and highest demand night. However I am willing to go back and discount her other 3 nights to our Military/Govt rate of $98. This would result in a credit of $83 plus $12.45 in taxes. I will put that credit through today as a show of hospitality. I did talk to Ms. [redacted] this morning and she was satisfied with this resolution.

I am rejecting this response because: I was charged the full amount on August 30th of $937 which includes the $219 rate for thee night in question, plus taxes and fees, which came up to a total of $260 something dollars for that night I'm question. I was only told about the cost being $219. Also I rreceived a call yesterday from a supervisor stating that Saturday night is their expensive night so they cannot discount that night but they will discount the 3 weekday nights and that I will  see the credit in my account in the next couple of days. Also that the same thing that was said to me was going to be forwarded to the Revdex.com.
