Review: I ordered by phone ([redacted] was salesman), a king size mattress from this company invoiced on July [redacted], 2013. I specifically asked [redacted] if the mattresses were soft mattresses or firm- he replied, the "Mat-atlas" was the softest, and softer than most mattresses out there-that it was guaranteed to satisfaction. When we received the mattress it was not a solid piece of mattress..it was a two "firm" twin size mattresses sewn together with an outside cloth keepin the two pieces together. we also bought a topper to make sure the mattress would be as soft as possible. when we assembled the bed mattress- we immediately noticed the cases it goes in the zipper was broken and the mattresses were too firm for our liking and immediately replaced the items in their original packing. I e-mail [redacted] that exact evening and explained the situation-got no response. The very next morning I called the store and spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] and they mentioned there was no return mattresses and they were mine. Their receipt clearly states there is a 24 hour within delivery- for quality assurance for any refund and return to be made- I made all efforts to comply with this, as well as offer to pay for and freight to have them picked up. The total spent on invoice was 5635.00 and way too expensive to keep if we are unable to use it. we work 14 hour shifts on our feet and were looking for comfort.Please help us rectify this. thank you so very much.Desired Settlement: we would like the mattresses arranged for pick up from our home as they were delivered ...willing to pay for freight delivery charges. And a refund placed on our credit card- the credit card has been disputed as well.
