My Family and I booked a round trip shuttle from Orlando International Airport to the Carnival Terminal at Port Canaveral for Aug 6/16 returning Aug 13/16. The booking with the company was very easy (online reservation) and the telephone confirmation the day before was greatly appreciated. Travelling from Canada to Florida for the first time, we appreciated the professionalism of both drivers. The only glitch we had, came on our return trip to the airport. We received a call that the shuttle would be about 45 minutes late. They gave us the option of taking a full refund and using a taxi service or waiting for the shuttle. We chose to wait and the company surprised us by sending a stretch SUV limo at not extra charge. What an excellent way to apologize for being late...and an outstanding way to end our family vacation.
