We were promised services that were not renderedFacility is not safeThis is a 100% scam and should be shut down
Our baseball trip on March 28th-31st to the Cocoa Expo was a major disappointmentFacilities were disgusting and unsanitaryWe were promised Gourmet meals and state of the art facilities.$million worth of improvements we were toldWe didn't have schedules, we didn't have umpiresNot enough beds for kidsBeds were unsafeWe had a kid fall through a bed sleepingNo pillowsRooms were not cleanedDoors did not lockBathrooms did not get cleanedStaff walked in and out of our rooms without knockingNot sure why the security guards had to carry firearmsThis place should not be allowed to be in business

I recently booked a trip for the high school softball team that I coach to the Cocoa Expo The trip cost our players and their families in excess of $- of which a part was paid for with fund raising efforts prior to the trip In addition to the fees paid to the Cocoa Expo, the families of the players were responsible for transportation, meals, and accommodations during the trip (March - 16, 2016) Our deposit ($889) was paid in mid-October with balance due days prior to arrival Of the many documents that were required by the Cocoa Expo, a schedule request was due by December 1, That was provided with our team requesting scheduled games during our stay I stayed in contact with the Cocoa Expo on a regular basis with questions, etcabout our trip up until we departed for Florida from Tennessee As our arrival date became closer, I began asking about our game schedule and was often told, "we are still working on it", "a couple of teams dropped out", "we will ge

Drove hours for a baseball tournament that was to include 9u only to find out AFTER the first game that we were playing 10u and they were the USSSA World Series champions....We beat another 10u team twice to get to the semi finalsWe played the semi final game which was interrupted by severe weather...We were winning 4-in the bottom of the third (other team was batting)...The tournament was called due to weather conditions and the director gave the trophies to the losing team of our game and stated "We play by high school rules"
Way to to go, Cocoa Expo Center, for going out of your way to do the right thing....NOT!!!
