Cocolamus Creek Disposal

Review: I have been a customer of Cocalamus Creek Disposal for more than 5 years . I no longer use their residential trash pick up because of repeated property damage incurred when their truck crosses the yellow line in the road . The vehicle is now on the wrong side of the road . Truck leaves road surface and leaves a 25 foot long , 10 inches deep rut in my lawn . This is the 4th time that this damage has occurred .I have seen them do this many times . It is documented on my CCD account because when I called in my latest concern , employee said she saw that I've had on file reports of the same problem of truck rutting my property .It's extremely unsightly and gathers runoff to keep area soaked for long periods of time . Frankly , I'm sick and tired of fixing the damage. This time , I sent CCD's owner , [redacted] pics of the damage . Also spoke to her numerous times .I decided that it was their truck driver who created the damage and CCD's sole responsibility to :Come and look at the damage and call me back to tell me what CCD will or will not do in regards to the problem . nothing Just come and fix the lawn as best as possible to satisfy the customers complaint . nothing Hire someone to come and professionally fix the damage . nothing I suggested that they could offer to cover my next CCD invoice or two . Nothing None of the above has or will happened . CCD took the easy way out and gladly accepted my termination of their services . I made a half dozen phone calls to CCD in regards to this concern . [redacted] is very nice but nothing has come from my repeated efforts to get CCD to fix the issue .Desired Settlement: Please see my above statement . It states how I feel this matter can be resolved with CCD .Even though they lost me as a customer , I feel that CCD should do the right thing by taking responsibility for their actions . By responsibility I mean fix the damage your truck caused . END OF STORY ! It's been raining and area is soaked and a long time away from repairing without sinking in loose muddy soil . I have pics of the damage .
