An initial complaint was made and an employee was sent to address the customers issues
The furniture - Furniture removal was
not part of the bidIt should have been out of the work area prior to our arrivalIf we did move it we did not notice any damage at the time of the workI have asked in a text to provide the make/model of furniture and where it can be purchasedI have yet to get that response
The yard - Concrete placement is a very equipment heavy processI spoke with the customer the night before we showed up to ask if she thought the yard would be dry enough to get the work done and she gave the go ahead to proceedWe placed plywood down to help minimize the traffic to and from the back yardIt is absolutely impossible to perform concrete construction without leaving footprints, equipment traffic, etcAlso, any dirt left along the new patio is necessaryIt has to be done to cover the bottom "mash out" from under the concrete form and also to keep water and wildlife from getting under the concreteIf seed and straw or sod was desired it should have been requested by the customer and included in the bid
The neighbors yard - If we even did damage to the neighbors yard I would be willing to seed and straw
Concrete splatter - We vigorously wiped down the siding and fence during the day of the concrete pourNo mention of any concrete splatter was made at the time of my employee returning to go over the punch listIf there is a little splatter it can be brushed off very easily
Payment - To date I have asked repeatedly for some form of payment whether partial or full and have received nothingI have not be paid a down payment or any other form of paymentI must receive some form of payment before allocating resources and to make sure that these customers intentions are genuine and not an attempt to get out of paying for work done
