I had reserved a full refrigerator, kitchen, living room, fold out sofa bed condo for 3 nights in May 2016. I had made the reservation 6 months in advance assuming that the rental would match the room details. This was my second stay at the Coconut Mallory. My 1st stay in 2014 did match the rental details of a full refrigerator, living room, bedroom, and fold out couch. However this time it was a case of bait and switch.
Coconut Mallory manager [redacted] said that studio Unit 402 with a bed and mini fridge was all that was available for my stay even though it did not match what I had paid for. She stated that it was my fault for booking through a third party and my situation "was unfortunate." In my opinion, a more experienced manager would not have been so rude and unwilling to resolve the problem.
