Coco's Closet A Children's Consignment

Since oct. 2014 I have been requesting to be paid out for what I have sold at this store, to date, the owner has not paid me per our agreement.Cocos consignment is a children's gently used clothing/toy store. Over a year ago I began an account with the owner [redacted] to sell my items. My items range from a baby's swing, infant, toddler clothes, shoes, costumes, jackets etc. After several months I drove back to her store to collect the proceeds. At the time, [redacted], told me she only writes checks for her payouts on the weekends. She very politely offered to mail me my earnings since I live a distance away from her shop. I have saved all of the emails which she corresponded very professionally but again she never mailed me my earnings. Here is a list of the dates and the corresponding emails. Also, I left 3-5 voicemails at her establishments business phone number which she called back and left amessage on my home phone stating she would mail the check out to me.November 22nd: " hi [redacted], I am a consign or and I would like to request a pay out for what I have sold. If you need to call my at home my # is XXXXXXXXXX. I tried calling you today at the store and could not get through. Thank you, k.[redacted].That day she responded back: hello! Okay I"ll look at my schedule on Tuesday and see what Saturday I can do. [redacted].The same day after receiving that response I worte back- thanks [redacted]! I live in Sutton and last time I was in you mentioned you were willing to mail it out to me. My home address is [redacted]. Thank you again, [redacted].* with no response back, and not receiving anything by mail. I wrote to her again on dec XX XXXX: "hi [redacted] I don't know if you have been receiving my emails or calls? Back in November you told me you woluld mail out my consignment earnings. Maybe you forgot in the chaos of life and the holidays?! Could you please mail me my earnings now. TY [redacted].She responded on dec. XX XXXX, so sorry! I will get that out this week. My apologies! [redacted].After still not receiving my payment I wrote her again on jan 6, 2015:" [redacted], you wrote me dec 23 verifying you were mailing my earnings out to me, on 1/2 I sent you an email t let you know I had not received it. This will be my last email before I have to take some kind of action to be reimbursed. I believe I have been more than understanding and accommodating with the holidays and have given you plenty of opportunities to fulfill the contract we have between each other. Ty [redacted]"On jan 6 2015 she responded " hi [redacted]! I am so sorry. Got a new phone and did not have my email on my new phone. It is working properly now.!! I will verify all this info when I get into my shop on Thursday if you want you can call me there in the morning." [redacted].I responded on 1/6 "thanks [redacted]- look forward to my payout arriving! Thx [redacted] " I knew I couldnt call Thursday with my work schedule so I just wanted her to get it in the mail to me so I could stop chasing her for my money.So in summary- I'm just looking for my money. Her website is not letting me see what I have sold, but I know it's at a minimum of $30.
