I have ordered from this boutique in the past and I cant lie there where some complications before where I didn't recieve my items or they came extremely late. But at this point I feel completely and utterly disrespected. I order a shirt on 9/10 the site said there was a delay in shipment due to the popularity of the shirt. Okay fine. It said it should be out for shippment by 9/14. I have been contacting them via email and direct message on [redacted] and have not gotten a response. Not to mention they deleted the comments I made in regard to the situation and now they blocked me from making comments. So rude and unprofessional. Do not purchase from them.!","neg-1

I ordered a pair of bell bottom jeans on September 1st. I inquired about the status of my package on September 10th and received an automated email that stated, "Thank you for contacting Coco's Glam Boutique, your email has been received. Please allow 24-48 hours during the working week for a response. I will be away from my desk starting at 11am on Friday May 1st. All emails received on the weekend will be responded to the following working day. Thanks for your continuous support!! Coco's Glam Boutique Emails are typically returned within 24-48 business days by 12pm.". No response to my status. On September 16th I get a status that my order has been shipped with using [redacted] with the tracking number. I've been tracking this for a while and the [redacted] status states, "September 17, 2015 Pre-Shipment Info Sent to [redacted]. The [redacted] was electronically notified by the shipper on September 17, 2015 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the [redacted] or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. I again contacted the seller on September 26th and got the same automated message. The seller has not attempted to respond to me as the automated responses are not updated and more than 24-48 has passed.Product_Or_Service: Classic Bell BottomOrder_Number: [redacted] /////Desired SettlementI would like for the seller to send the item I purchased. However, I will no longer purchase anything from this seller as this seller is unable to uphold their obligation. /////

I purchased from this company on 12/8/15. Received a confirmation email my account was charged and I never received my merchandise.I purchased a sheer mesh bodysuit on 12/8/15 from the company. My account was charged and I received a confirmation email that they had received my order. The following week I sent an email on 12/16/15 to follow up with the company in regards to when they will be shipping out my merchandise. The response email said they will contact me in 24-48 hours. I still have not received a response. I asked her on her instagram page about my order. She deleted my comments then she blocked me from her page. I told her I order from online boutiques all the time and I have never had any problems receiving my products or customer service issues before. I believe this boutique to be a scam because when I posted my comments other people said the owner would not respond to there emails as well. She also deleted those comments. She is constantly posted up new clothes for sell but no one seems to be receiving their items.Desired SettlementAt this point I would like to receive a full refund and I do not wish to conduct any further business with this company because she is a scam.

I placed an order and never received it. I would like a refund.I've made several attempts to contact someone at Cocos Glam Boutoque regarding my orders. It has been about 2 months and I have not received a reply nor my order. My purchases were made July 10 of $50 (confirmation #[redacted]) and July 16 of $56 (confirmation #[redacted]). I paid for both orders through [redacted]. I do not want the products and would like a refund. Desired SettlementI want a refund.

Cocos Glam Boutique is a scam. I ordered a dress from this [redacted] BOUTIQUE for my college graduation and never received the dress or an explanation. I have contacted them numerous times and the only reply that I received was "Hi, I am not to sure what is going on but I don't have a dm from you. I am searching your order now b|c I am for sure it went out but no worries, I am researching this and I do apologize for this." And I never heard anything else. I contacted them again and then they blocked me from their [redacted] page. I am furious with this company. Don't waste your time or energy.","neg-2
