First of all the email address to which you have been sending correspondence is my personal email not my business email Please change your records to show my correct email as ed@ [redacted] Until I received a phone message from your office saying that you were once again mailing this complaint, I kept looking for it on my business email and it never came The next day I found it as a SPAM in my personal email Secondly, because this involves a regulatory issue, I have forwarded it to the [redacted] Compliance Department I will not be able to respond until they give me permission or they respond directly

I had an routine cheappointment scheduled, checked in and proceeded to sit in the waiting areaAfter almost an hour without being called back, I decided to get up and ask how much longer my wait would beAt that point one of the receptionists informed me that one of the doctors ran into an "emergency" and my wait would be at least another hour or I could reschedule of course(since I have nothing else to do with my time but sit in a waiting room/go to the doctor)I could not believe that instead of informing me that my time was being blatantly wasted they let me continue to sit there; and more than likely would have continued to let me sit there, without any indication of when I might see the doctorOverall, it was a HORRIBLE experience and I will certainly never be returning, nor recommending anyone to this officeAlso, they charge for cancelled visits despite ca
