I seemed to have misplaced the letter that was sent to me from the Revdex.com which was a complaint from a previous patron not having a place to sit when she came to our venue for an event. I do not know the case number off hand I apologize. 
Basically, Coda hosted an event with "The Sensational Soul Cruisers" on Novermber 20th. All tickets for the event were sold on [redacted]. A disclaimer went out once the ticket was purchased with the verbiage below. There was also an  additional dedicated email sent to all the ticket buyers before the event with the same disclaimer information below. I understand the consumers frustration but they were notified several times in advance. If my memory serves me right, in the complain from the patron, she did in fact know that seating was limited and it was on a first come first serve basis as she had mentioned in her complaint.
