Hello I am contacting you to let you know that I went to this property to correct the complaints 7/23/they will be totally completed by 7/27/due to being able to get asphalt from [redacted] in [redacted] N.Y Thank You,Code ltd

I have no reason to dispute this customer, I have been tied up in a total other direction, my team will adress these problems within the next (10) working days

The asphalt co, advised us that they would be closing December 02, Note if the plant would have been making S-asphalt, that the only asphalt you can use to tie in with fine asphalt cuts' note this is not a method of excuses I want this matter taken care of, but when the state buys the plant out for road work they only make road material, if you have any problems with what im telling you feel free to contact *** Productsi was promise by them to be supplied with (Ton of S-asphalt ) before season closing God first they have never let me down in years of dealing with themwe wiill get it to you

consumer called and stated the business never showed up as promised

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I hope all is well with Mr*** health, and I look forward to this situation being resolved on 11/16/as promisedRegards, *** ***

Good evening, First of all I signed a contract to dig and remove asphalt and stone exiting driveway, I had dug up and haul away (4) tandem dump trucks of debris I had people doing hand work on the property I had went to pickup piping fior this project and had only been gone for minutes,
when I pulled up I found all of my employees at t5he bottom of the driveway I then asked the foreman what was going on they had stated that the tenant of this property had told them he did not give anyone permission to be on his property he had then went in his house and released his dog and one of my employees Mr.*** *** was bitten by the dog the tenant had then stated the dog was chasing them due to the fact he did not like Black people, after being informed of what happen I had then called the property owner and advised him at what happen and he stated he would be right there in minutes he never came we stood there looking like fools for 1hour and thirty minutes, I had then loaded my machine on the trailer and got all my hand tools loaded on the tool truck, I did follow up by making a police report, please also note a backhoe rents for a hour with a operator I had been there for hours that ads up to 1,I had ground men there at a hour per man that ads up to I haul away loads of debris @ a load witch ads up to if you ad them all that would come out to 2,now please not I have statements from all my employees on what happen plus my people will not be treated as if this was the sixtys with racial slurs and dog being let loose at them and the home owner showing no concern, no im the one that was robbed and my employees were in a bad work Atmosphere and non workable area the dog attack was also noted by police and Mr*** was treated at Highland Hospital,

I have given more than working days, have not heard or seen anythingWhen will the work be done?

Well to make a long story short,im just recovering from a illness that had took me off my feet for the last 2weeks, I stayed in the medical unit of the *** *** *** which can be verified by them,im back on my feet and this is at the top of my list I will not be going in the field until 11-16-thatt is the day this will be completed, if this does not satisfy you I am sorry

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that
this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. While I appreciate that Code Paving actually responded to my complaint, I must reiterate that MrJohnson from Code Paving has repeatedly claimed that he would be at my home to make repairs "within a week", or "two weeks", or a "few days", however, to date he has not followed through on his promise - Which is the reason I do not accept his response. Given the fact that I have already waited months for him to complete the job, I do not think it is too much to ask to be placed on a priority list and be given a specific day and date that he will dispatch his crew to my home. Surely at this point, he can afford to dedicate his crew for a few hours on a specific date to complete these repairs.Regards,*** ***

Please note I don't know what's the problem working days, now as far as I know it has rained out of days and of those days were the weekend and as you know there's no paving on Saturday and Sunday, So his count was wrong and also I have been out there twice where does he think the mark off came from, again you can not pave in the rain

Thank you for hearing my voice on this complaint,I have tried to service this 3 foot extention on the turn around but note we have had rain so offen that this spot has not had to properly dry out,I tried to dig this spot out and install the short 3foot dig area the week of 7/6/2015 but was informed...

by my co worker that they would be on vacation that week until 7/10/2015 and had stated that they did not want anything done until they return which I really could not understand im trying to service this job also I have to put heat(fire) on a few spots going down hill on the driveway, now please note we had agreed to come there on 7/14/2015 until learning that there was an 80 percent chance of rain in the forcast and we decided to still go after receiving a call from [redacted] until he threaten us. Now please note I have no problem correcting their problems in the next 14 working days but we have to do this when weather permits and just as there is no automobiles in these areas we will again come within 14 working days with 3 straight warm and dry days permitting us to satisfy. Thank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
They were supposed to come serveral times to complete the entire driveway project. The co owner informed us they were in route to do son on 7/13/15. We waited all afternoon and no call, No show...again. There were rain issues along the way, but when there weren't Michael J[redacted] chose to complete another job and blow off our scheduled appt. Mr. J[redacted] was never threatened. Nor was his son Raheem whom Michael J[redacted] handed the call off to rather than having a professional conversation regarding his lack of courtesy towards completing the job. After more than half a dozen scheduled and failed attempts on the part of Michael J[redacted] and Code 19 Paving we are willing to have them come to complete the work. But we are not willing to wait an additional 6 weeks to do so. Their choice to "go where the money is" and giving us excuses about "asphalt being unpredictable work" gives us reason to doubt they will complete it. We request that they set a date now, in writing to complete the work. We also request that they honor the 2 year warranty as stated on the contract. We also acknowledge that we maintain the right to take legal action if this work isn't completed. And to be clear, the 3 foot extension Michael J[redacted] is referring to is actually over 6 foot in length and 30 ft in width. Perhaps if he had come and taken a look at the area after the installation date, he would have seen the error made. We contend, due to his behavior that day and onward that he knew about the error and avoided us intentionally. The depth of the asphalt is also an issue. It was to be rolled to 2 1/2 inches. It is not. We also have rocks pushing up through as well on a newly paved section. We also want to acknowledge that no contact was made to schedule anything for the week of 7/6/15. Michael J[redacted] knew we wanted thwere job to be done the week of 7/6/15 initially and declined doing so. He said it was better to get it done a month earlier so that it would have time to cure and they were going to be in the area first thing 6/5/15 so expect the crew at 7:30-8:00 am. The crew didn't show up until after 10 am. No call was made to tell us why there was a delay. In fact, the contact being made has all been initiated by myself or my husband. Michael J[redacted] doesn't return calls and if he does, once he realizes who he is speaking to he hands the responsibility of "dealing with these people" off to Mark, Raheem or Earl. We want the work done we paid for, and we also want a refund for what we have come to understand is substandard work that has been done. The job is incomplete, the work is substandard and we paid more than the agreed $6000 for our entire length of our driveway to be "paved beautifully" and an additional $1000 for the turn around to be paved entirely. We were very specific about the turn around being done entirely or not at all. And in the end, they did what they wanted not what we paid for. And they held the completion of my driveway job "hostage financially" until they received additional funds above the agreed $7000. We want the job done as promised, but what we don't want is the additional stress, repeated excuses for missed appointments and we certainly don't want is to have to clean up any debris or trash left by his crew. We are good people, we even bought his crew lunch that day because no one had come prepared with a lunch and we also supplied then with a case of tea ice and a cooler to keep the drinks cold. Mr. J[redacted] also knows that we operate a licenensed in home daycare and have to work around my business. We just want the driveway we were promised in writing to be "beautiful" and done as agreed. Again, we ask that a date be set and stuck to. If weather is truly an issue then we also ask that Mr. J[redacted] communicate with us about any delay expected to impact said scheduled date.
Regards,
[redacted]

will be in his area 2nd week of may, will call before we come. Tell us why here...
