Code 3 supply

Review: I ordered and paid a jacket from code 3 in august of 2014 it is now March of 2015 and I have yet to receive my jacket. I went to the store about every 6 to 8 weeks to see if the jacket was ready and on every occasion they told me it would be ready by the end of the week.Winter is over so I went to the store on 3/11/2015 and the jacket was still not ready. I asked to get my money back but they said they could not give me my money back because there card reading system was down. they also refused to give me cash. Needless to say I left there very unsatisfied. Nothing should take 8 months. If they could not fulfill my order they should have called me a long time ago.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for a product I never received as of 8 months after ordering.
