Review: I receive the first printer defect so Code Micro give us the RMA number to return the first printer and also they send me the return tag from UPS. So after that I receive the UPS tag from Code Micro I return the first printer to Code Micro by UPS. They receive the printer after couple days that I send the printer and I receive a new printer back from Code Micro. The problem now is because Code Micro have refused the bill from UPS for the shipping back of the printer defect and they refused the bill same if they give me a RMA number and the UPS tag come from Code Micro. So now UPS send the invoice to me direcly because Code Micro don't want to pay the bill. UPS want to me pay

344.18$.Desired Settlement: The UPS tag come from Code Micro with the account of bill of Code Micro so they accept before to pay the shipping back from me to Code Micro. Also today the phone number and email address are no longer good to ritch them.

Review: I ordered on-line an ASUS [redacted] ([redacted]) PC Notebook from CodeMicroadvertised at $192.63 and they sent me an AMD Athlon processor chip instead.My order number was [redacted]. I tried to make contact several times by phone so that I can return the chip for a refund. They put me on-hold for a long time to tell me at end try another time. They do not answer their phones.It was impossible to get hold of a human being working for this organization.To return the merchandise I need an RMA (return number). I logged into their customer website and filled a request for an RMA. They received it but it shows RMA details Cancelled.I also sent multiple emails to customer service to resolve this issue.Finally [redacted] responded and asked to fill an RMA request Form and fax it to her at [redacted] and I did all that on 05/24/2013.Since then I did not hear from her. They have a time limit for returns and they have not been able to repond to my requests so that I can return the "Chip" on-time. The CodeMicro representative's name who sent me the wrong merchandise is [redacted]. Basically they advertise something and send you something else totally different.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of $207.93 to my Visa Account. Because they sent me the wrong part and they did not give the Return number on-time to ship back their product.That's all I want.

Review: I have bought NTP server appliance from Code Micro @ 2,470.00 USD. But I received same in faulty condition. I report my complaint with CODE Micro, they told me do RMA and then they will refund my value.I have sent them faulty box. but since then no one is picking my call or responding over email.This is almost more than 1 month. Please help me in getting my refund.This complaint is against Code Micro order number # [redacted]Best Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I need refund of my fund which they promised. On 3rd of April 2013 , Code Micro sent me email stating that refund is processed but I have not received any fund.

Shady business. No contact info on their web site. Number provided to Revdex.com is a fake as well.

Review: We bought 4 cards from them on March 21st 2013. Out of the 4 cards 2 were defective (DOA) which were promptly returned. First RMA was generated on March 29th and then a second request for RMA had to be generated on April 11th as one out of the two replaced cards was faulty (DOA). Initially we got a response on April 17th but since then we have been chasing them for a replacement but we have had no response even after getting in touch with them on all the listed email addresses on their website and numerous phone calls.Desired Settlement: All we want from them at this stage is a refund for the card so we can put this matter behind us.

We have received the return request from our customer. Unfortunately, do to internal issues there has been a significant delay in responding to our customer. This has since been resolved and we have provide this customer with a return authorization number as well as a prepaid shipping label for his return. Upon receipt of the units, we will issue a full credit. (The customer was contacted with this information directly).
