He picked my vehicle at copart as agreed. He send contract agreement which we fulfilled, he refused to fulfill his part.
Good day, My name is *** from Nigeria, Africa. I am an expoter of automobile from USA to Nigeria. I have been into this business since 2010 without any problems. I do purchase vehicles/trucks from Insurance Auto Auction, Copart and Manheim without any fear of cheating, deceit, duping and fraud . I was doing these based on my people believe from Africa that All Americans are trustworthy until I met one *** of CODE TRANSPORTATION LLC with office address at *** Drive Pace, FL XXXXX. My contact person in USA gave him a task of towing a truck on my behalf from Phoenix AZ to Galveston TX port. He collected deposit as agreed and he said when he is at 30 minutes to the port he will collect the balance through PayPal which I did. He lied the he has delivered the truck to port that he will send off dock receipt. since Monday 17/6/2019 he neither send the dock receipt nor picking my contact person number again. when contacted the port the said no body came deliver such truck to the port and refused to tell us the locat6of the truck. I went online to research about him I discovered the has been doing similar thing to the people. Please help to intervene on this matter because this may take my life . This truck is all what I have in my life and I don't want to be loose it. I belief you will handle it with justice. Till I read from you.
I want him to deliver the truck to the port as soon as possible. Since he has already collected all his due from us.

We are unaware of the said complaintant. We were contracted with *** Upon delivery of said vehicle, we discovered said person had disputed all charges with credit card company as unauthorized. Per U.S. law, a motor carrier can seize a vehicle for non payment which we did. Currently, debts for this vehicle with storage fees and recovery fees are at $9,943.55 We have spoken with several different individuals to attempt to reach a settlement for said vehicle, but no one has committed to agreement as of today's date.

He has been paid the agreed amount immediately when he said that his driver is 30 minutes away from the port. He was paid through PayPal account he presented to us. In fact, he told us he has delivered the truck to the port. When trying to look for him at his Physical address, we realized that he his no more there. I urge him to give us his real and current office address so we can short it out.
please refer to the previous documents attached to verify customer has disputed all charges and they have been refunded to customer. We would advise customer pay all fees associated with vehicle as 30 day grace oeriod under State and Federal laws have passed and the vehicle is set to be sold in auction soon.

We took action to dispute the payment three days after he claimed that he has delivered the truck to the Port and we found out it was lie and he seized to be picking *** number until when the payment awarded to him. He appeal the dispute and the pay was awarded to him.
Code Transportation was hired to transport a 2016 Box Truck from Ut to Co. Jermicheal *** which is the owner was supposed to pick it up since October 22nd. He made false claims that he picked up the unit which he never did. He made it seem he was only 80 miles away to deliver so he can get payment and also put gas. I paid him from a Walmart to walmart $1100.00 dollars. I send him the receipt confirmation. Jermichael never answered after that and is non cooperative.
