[redacted] and his HouseTrac service were absolutely indespensible in keeping an eye on things at our house in Yuma when we relocated and it was sitting empty until we sold it. He always went the extra mile, even to the point of getting a locking case for an old shotgun I had inadvertenly left behind, breaking it down and storing it in that case until I could retrieve and fly home with it. That is a good example of the kind of care he takes. I slept a lot easier knowing that [redacted] was there to be my eyes and ears, and he was always prompt in letting me know if he found anything amiss. I really can't thank him enough. Yes, I know it is his job but there were very few businesses or business people I met in Yuma that shared his level of professionalism.
