I am rejecting this response because:All the dates were absolutely 100% correct! The dates were taken off all the e-mail exchanges that we had with *** and *** *** ***. The e-mails submitted are correct and the dates are 100% correct. I will send all the e-mails to the Revdex.com to validate the dates of our complaint which will refute *** and *** *** ***'s claims of incorrect dates. Visit to bank in attempt to deposit check on 11/6/2017I received check number on Monday morning 11/6/The Bank Manager at Wells Fargo ran the check through the check reader and it read “doubtful collectability” meaning that the check is a fraud, insufficient funds, or that the company has a history of writing bad checks, or combination of the three. Wells Fargo Bank would not accept the check because they evaluated it and told me it is most likely a fake checkTheir response is that “the check is too thin, printed out on regular paper and does not contain any pattern”. They even printed the check out on a special printer and it does not have any pattern or watermarks to the check signifying check fraud. The Bank Manager even called Chase Bank and the representative to whom they spoke to said “insufficient funds and this check will not clear”. Their recommendation to me was to go directly to Chase bank to verify if the check is real or fraudulent but they said most likely its fraudulent and that the company put the actual routing and bank information on the bottom to make it appear that is real Visit to bank in attempt to deposit check for a second time on 11/7/2017Wells Fargo attempted to deposit the check again, they told me “doubtful collectability” meaning that the check is a fraud, insufficient funds, or that the company has a history of writing bad checks, or combination of the three. Wells Fargo Manager called Chase and the bank did not want to talk to us anymore and provided no informationThey said they were busy and they wouldn’t be able to verify funds at all. So far, *** and *** *** *** have failed to give us a refund for the $2,that is due back to our company.

Our agreement was that I would send him a check and he would deposit it Tuesday morning. He decided not to deposit it and give the matter to a collection agency. They called me and I gave them the debit card for the account and the debt was paid in full. All he needed to do was deposit the check as he agreed to in an email from his attorney. He was not satisfied with doing that
Much of his complaint is not correct as far as dates and he changed his specs for the equipment a few times. Our vendor supplying the Hugger belt was delayed and we sent him a refund check for the amount requested by him via UPS. He has received it and is depositing the check...
today. Best Regards, [redacted]
