Hi Revdex.com,As the CEO, of CODESM Marketing I take to great offense on what this people are doing.  First of all, they have no documentation of the agreement, they have been trying to ask for different things at different times. Our agreement didn't include 1000 flyers and 1000 brochures printed. I...

personally presented the invoices of the cost of the 1000 printed flyers/menus to Mrs. [redacted]. Which she agreed on when we printed the first 1000 brochures, they never paid them so we halted to print the flyers and asked for payment. This is due to the fact they were overdue on the website payment.I tried contacting multiple times, asking them what the problem is they refused to answer. I have proof of the emails.   The website was delivered, prints and designs were all delivered, but were delayed due to the content they provided us very late on the process.  As an Adwords Certified individual. "Adwords" does not require specific coding/design functionalities to be compatible with the website. And [redacted]'s advertisement is managed through [redacted], I've never heard of [redacted] giving ad advice.  The website is built on [redacted] a very popular [redacted].No promises were made for "lifetime" technical support, that has never been promised there's a cost to hosting, and we are open to providing the hosting service or for them to host elsewhere.Unfortunately after repeated attempts to contacting [redacted] and Jesus I had to take down there website in-order for them to hopefully schedule a meeting and resolved this issue.  We have no problem, refunding their money but they would need to stop using our logo, and all our designs we did for them because they never paid or even made an attempt to.We've never ever had an issue with any clients what so ever. We part take on giving back to the community by providing free Marketing advice to business owners through the [redacted] and [redacted]. As a 22 year old business owner, that handles the marketing for large institutions including banks and financial services our reputation and integrity of work has been key to our success. All communications are available for the Revdex.com to review.  I made one mistake which was unlike most of my clients, we sign contracts. Mrs. [redacted], gave an upfront $500.00 check and then asked us started since they were in a rush. I immediately invoiced the items that were discussed and that's what we stuck to. Their expectations rose, and we tried our best to meet them, including the fact that they originally asked for only one brochure design, then they wanted a seperate flyer, then they also wanted us to set up and brand their [redacted] page, email setup, and so forth.Attached is the original invoice. Which they wanted a banner at first which my cost is around $100 dollars so I included it for free. But then they switched it to flyers which I printed for them at around the same price range.  All the other items have been fulfilled. Also a screenshot of some of my last communications which they never replied to I repeatedly emailed and texted both her and her hu[redacted]nd. In a nice manner just wanting to see why they hadn't paid.   Then a screenshot of the type of content we would received from them which delayed our work. Website was up months ago but the content was lacking. We never made ourselves responsible for the content itself. Also here's a link to all the designs we did for them, which they kept and are currently using http://codesmprojects.com/preview/simply-beautifulThis is not an isolated case Mrs. [redacted], worked with another Merchant Service company here locally that has never had one single Revdex.com complaint, which they ended their service because they had a hard time dealing with her. As well as the guy that did their signage which I refer them too.  The relationship ended with the guy throwing back the check to the guy.  He came to me and apologized he said I'm really grateful for the referral of any business but I just couldn't deal with this people.  As I mentioned if the Revdex.com would like to look into this further I can provide both transparency in all communications and actual witnesses and referrals of other companies who tried doing business with them.
