The first thing we did to try and make things right with the customer that did purchase the unit from our store, Ms. [redacted] we let her partner know and her know that we would fix the 4 year warranty and honor the contract and get the...
contract in place for the 4 years they have purchased it and for their troubles offered them a $200 gift certificate to our store. Mr. [redacted] declined that offer and wanted a full refund and more. We told him we can do either or not both. So, ultimately since the two options we gave them did not satisfy their needs we have refunded the full amount of their warranty purchase, which was $1489. We issued the refund to their lien holder since they financed that contract on 5/3/2016. We are also in the works and of trying to get in touch with the dealership that their unit, Merced Powersports and Mr. [redacted] themselves to try and get an estimate to see what we can help with taking care of the warranty issues. Neither one of the parties can tell us the dollar amount and provided proof that this is the work that will need to be done to fix his issues.

As of today 5/23/16 I have had no contact with [redacted] motorcycle. Last time I tried to contact them they told me they could no longer help me since I filed a complaint to the Revdex.com.I have been in contact with merced power sports and they haven't been contacted by [redacted] either.Merced power sports has also tried contacting [redacted]. They also never received a response. Every other time I have tried to speak with [redacted] I have got transferred to different people to speak with and was always told they would have the owner contact me. Which I have yet received a call from the Owner.My situation is still unresolved. The warranty I was offered was not the yamaha yes plan extended warranty as I originally purchased and did not receive. The warranty was less expensive and did not cover bumper to bumper which the yamaha warranty would have for four full complete years. I would have only got three and half years of the warranty, compared to the orginal warranty I purchased on my contract. The warranty I originally purchased is the yamaha yes plan. I have also spoke to corporate yamha and they said [redacted] did not return there call.
