We did have a price mistake on our site and we have since revised it accordingly. We contacted the customer about 90 minutes later after the first communication with him that we can honor the original price and the order has been restored and currently being processed.

We have never approved the $200 additional credit and customer just told us after the fact. However, as mentioned in the original response, we will credit additional $200 (on top of the agreed upon $300) if customer can provide some sort of receipt showing the amount. If customer wants to show credit card statement for this, please show the original charge and the refund charge from airlines showing the $200 difference.

I am rejecting this response because: There is not such a receipt for cancelled trip. Airlines refund the charge for the trip minus $200 cancellation fee. I offered merchant charges on my credit card statement. The merchant refused. Last but not least, the merchant was obligated to deliver products on-time on weekend of 08/27/2016 and they didn't so they are responsible for their mismanagement and fact they were disorganized. The only way I can cancel the charge-back is to receive $500 ($300 hutch damage, wobbly hutch door and faulty drawer of buffet + $200 late delivery ) credit as damages incurred from this transaction.

Customer did receive broken glass shelves on the hutch during initial delivery. We tried to replace the whole hutch but customer preferred to only have the glass shelves replaced plus $300 discount which we agreed on. After delivery, customer insisted on our adding $200 on top of the $300 discount...

for the canceled trip. Although we never agreed upon this, we told the customer that we would take care of this if he could provide us with the receipt. Customer refused to provide any receipt and then charged back the whole purchase amount to the credit card.Once customer confirms that he closed the charge back, we will send a check for $300 for the agreed upon discount. In addition, we will also add $200 if he can provide us with the receipt.
