Following a call from Mr [redacted] claiming that his wheel came off of his vehicle, Coen Tire arranged for a tow truck and covered the cost to have his vehicle towed to a local garage At the garage they found no correlation between the tire installation Coen Tire conducted and the failure of Mr***'s wheel studs weeks after the tire install However, in an effort to maintain a good relationship with the customer (Mr***) Coen Tire also covered the cost of new wheel studs and installation so that Mr [redacted] could return to using his vehicle Any further damage should be turned into Mr***'s insurance for repair, as there was no correlation between the failure of his wheel studs and our provided services

Review: I got tires at coen and 5 weeks later one of the tires sheered off all 6 lug post and caused my truck to fall violently to the groundDesired Settlement: I want my truck repaired (the right way) and the other damages to my truck.
