Coeur Auto SalesThis whole complaint is completely disappointingCoeur auto sales bent over backwards to help thiscustomer by going way beyond reasonable customer serviceWe spoke to customer repeatedly aboutthe vehicle pre-sale, even storing the vehicle at our lot out of convenience for the
customer.We never stated that the vehicle has new tiresAdditionally, the customer bought a used vehicle at adiscounted price in our professional opinionAny reasonable person buying a used vehicle that is morethan years old should know that repairs are probably needed at some pointThey also, knowinglysigned a "as-is'' buyers guide at the time of purchase.We have been in constant contact with the lien holder as to the title issuesThey have been veryunderstandingBeing out of state and a state we do not normally do business with, we sent the NO titleapp to *** and apparently forgot to sign the proper documentWhich is a simple, innocent clericalerror on our partThe day we received the return paperwork from NO, we completed it and mailed itback the same dayAdditionally, the original title was hung up from the previous owner (auction) whichis completely out of our control.The car is legally theirs and no refund will be issuedIt is severely disappointing that the customerorder to fulfill our customer service standards.would file this complaint considering the number of hours we spent pre-purchase and post-purchase inThe title has been filed with proper lien holderIn fact, the lien holder has been completely reasonablethrough this whole timeAgain, NO REFUND will be issuedThe customer should be warned we aretracking all libelous and slanderous behavior by said customer.Coeur auto will seek any and all liabilities possible with the libel and slanderous behavior of thiscustomer.Coeur Auto SalesNick R***
