Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not understand Josh's response as to refund total and the followingHowever, I have attached invoices for [redacted] tie rod repair, Perfection alignment and shock install labor, Shocks to replace collapsed ones due to tie rod coming apart from steering and [redacted] TowingI have not replaced the front tires so I have not attached an invoiceI also had the price of replacement shocks too low at $instead of correct price of $I have no problem meeting Josh at [redacted] for him to look at tie rod and shocks and to talk to their service managerI will not go to his place of business as he was very hostile and slammed the door behind me when I was there lastI do not believe that Josh acknowledges the terror and trauma that my wife and I went thru when the steering failed going around a corner with a steep bank on the right side and that we could have easily been killedHe also does not understand the inconvenience and trouble I and my business went thru bringing truck back to him twice without him finding tie rod problem and waiting seven days for my truck to be fixedI am sticking to the $refund.Sincerely, [redacted]

First and foremost I would like to see the invoice from the dealership also the part that went bad we need both of those to verify that his complaint is legit if it is legit we will refund the towing and tire I-but without the part without the invoice there's no proof that was anything that we
have done wrong

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I could not find *** *** *** *** *** in Denver Revdex.comI did find *** *** at same PO Box *** that went bankruptI needed my vehicle fixed by someone I trustWarranty would have forced me to go to repair facility in St Maries, ID or back to Cdl Auto who I do not trustHowever, I did contact them via email after I got truck fixed and NEVER got any responseVery unprofessional as most extended warranty companies are
I am withdrawing my offer to settle this problem with the least cost and disruption to Josh and his businessHe will now have to deal with my lawyers, his lawyers, time away from his business and other costs that will be considerably higher
It is very sad when a business is willing to lose their reputation and future business when they could be honorable by doing the right thing
I have been waiting on putting this information on all social media hoping Josh would do the right thingAs he has not done so, I will start my media campaign and contact my lawyers today.Sincerely,*** ***

I am sorry we can't come to an agreementWe have warranty in place for a reason and if you fail to use the warranty that is provided we can't justify paying outThe items listed including -tie rod ends, alignment and any towing would have been covered for freeAny damages caused due to part failure or install issues would have been coveredWe pride ourselves on our work and the warranty we are able to give out that covers from coast to coast 24hrsa day. I am sorry for any hardship caused
