Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:1. I could not find [redacted] in Denver Revdex.com. I did find [redacted] at same PO Box [redacted] that went bankrupt. I needed my vehicle fixed by someone I trust. Warranty would have forced me to go to repair facility in St Maries, ID or back to Cdl Auto who I do not trust. However, I did contact them via email after I got truck fixed and NEVER got any response. Very unprofessional as most extended warranty companies are.
I am withdrawing my offer to settle this problem with the least cost and disruption to Josh and his business. He will now have to deal with my lawyers, his lawyers, time away from his business and other costs that will be considerably higher.
It is very sad when a business is willing to lose their reputation and future business when they could be honorable by doing the right thing.
I have been waiting on putting this information on all social media hoping Josh would do the right thing. As he has not done so, I will start my media campaign and contact my lawyers today.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am sorry we can't come to an agreement. We have warranty in place for a reason and if you fail to use the warranty that is provided we can't justify paying out. The items listed including -tie rod ends, alignment and any towing would have been covered for free. Any damages caused due to part failure or install issues would have been covered. We pride ourselves on our work and the warranty we are able to give out that covers from coast to coast 24hrs. a day. I am sorry for any hardship caused.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not understand Josh's response as to refund total and the following. However, I have attached invoices for [redacted] tie rod repair, Perfection alignment and shock install labor, Shocks to replace collapsed ones due to tie rod coming apart from steering and [redacted] Towing. I have not replaced the front tires so I have not attached an invoice. I also had the price of replacement shocks too low at $89.40 instead of correct price of $138.70. I have no problem meeting Josh at [redacted] for him to look at tie rod and shocks and to talk to their service manager. I will not go to his place of business as he was very hostile and slammed the door behind me when I was there last. I do not believe that Josh acknowledges the terror and trauma that my wife and I went thru when the steering failed going around a corner with a steep bank on the right side and that we could have easily been killed. He also does not understand the inconvenience and trouble I and my business went thru bringing truck back to him twice without him finding tie rod problem  and waiting seven days for my truck to be fixed. I am sticking to the $2923.47 refund.Sincerely,[redacted]
