Coeur D'Alene Budget Saver Motel

We were charged a cash deposit of $50 to stay in a room at this motel. Upon leaving they were unable to find the deposit. Then a employee walked in our room and then back out and back into the office and said someone peed the bed and we were not getting our deposit back. First there is no way to determine anything of that nature by walking in a room and walking back out. Second we had a toddler and I feel we were targeted because of that fact. (we have a toddler so we can use the wet bed excuse to keep the deposit.) Third we were not given any checklists, walk throughs or anything. So how can they keep the deposit? That means there is no way to contest and they can give any reason and keep our money.

I am very concerned for others who willingly pay cash only to lose it.
